Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson Loyalty Program

Membership

• Any retail customer of Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson may to become a member of the Loyalty Rewards Program by completing an application and paying a $10.00 application fee. Application fee is waived for Pomona Valley Harley Owners Group members, California Law enforcement, California Fire Fighters and any active duty Military Personnel (Must show membership card or badge for verification.). Retail customers who spend $200.00 pre-tax on the same shopping day will qualify to join the Loyalty Rewards Program and will have the application fee waived. Customers must sign up for the Loyalty Rewards Program on the same shopping day. Retail customers who purchase any motorcycle will qualify to join the Loyalty Rewards Program for free.
• Employees of Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the program
• Applicants will receive a Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson orange "Loyalty Member Card" to present to the cashiers when making purchases throughout the store. An applicant’s current driver’s license or identification card may be used to upload information to the loyalty card. If driver’s license or identification card is not available, a written application must then be completed in order to join the program. Cards will be distributed by cashiers.

Participation

• Members of the program will be awarded Loyalty Points when qualified purchases are made. The Card must be presented at the time of purchase to qualify for Points. Points may not be added retroactively.
• Points may not be combined with those of any other Member.
• The Loyalty Card may be used by Members for purchases to be used solely by that Member. A Member's Card may not be used by any other person.
• However, if two members reside under the same household and share the same customer account number with Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson, points and cards may be shared only under these circumstances.
• Members may check their points at Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson or online at www.neoslmd.com. Please allow 7 days for points to appear on your accounts.
• Members may also be eligible to receive special offers reserved for Members only via mail or email. Members may provide Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson valid e-mail address at the time of applying. Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson is not responsible for misdirected and/or undeliverable mail or e-mail. If you prefer not to receive these mailings, please indicate your choice on the application or inform our concierges.

Program Terms and Conditions

• Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson reserves the right to amend, restrict or terminate the Program or any aspect thereof at any time in the future without notice.
• Membership in the Program may be revoked at any time due to failure to follow the terms of the Program or due to any misrepresentation or other fraudulent acts. In any such case, all points earned may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson.
• Abuse of the Program, including allowing another person or company to use a Card, may result in termination of the Member's membership.
• Points for a Member as reflected in the records of PVHD shall be deemed correct after the month of issuance and PVHD reserves the right to determine the amount of each Gift Card earned.
• Gift cards issued are for future purchase.
• This Program is designed to reward individual customers. (Corporate purchases, companies, and business accounts are not eligible for the Program.)
• Members are responsible for any taxes resulting from participation in the Program.
• PVHD will make reasonable efforts to count all qualifying purchases toward the Program, but we are not responsible for any technical errors that may occur.
• PVHD reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time for any reason. Any unredeemed Points will be forfeited.
• PVHD reserves the right to interpret all rules of the Program.
• Use of the Card constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Program.

Point Earning and Redemption Guidelines

• Points will be earned at the rate of 1 point per pre-taxed dollar spent on parts, accessories, clothing, and labor.
• Points will not be awarded on any other discount program.
• Points will not be awarded on the following types of purchases; motorcycle, service plans (including warranty claims), and insurance. Points will also not be awarded on any sales tax or use tax payments.
• However, any parts, clothing, accessories, and/or labor purchased on the same business day as a major unit will be awarded Loyalty points.
• Insurance deductibles and upgrades paid by the customer are eligible for Loyalty points on service work orders.
• Customer must present Loyalty card at the time of purchase in order for points to be awarded and uploaded to the Loyalty card.
• Loyalty points must be added at the time of purchase on the same shopping visit.
• Gift Cards valued at $20.00 will be issued starting at 400 Points earned.
• A minimum of 400 points must be earned to qualify for a Gift Card. Gift cards issued from loyalty points earned may not be applied to the same purchase. Gift cards are for future purchases.
• Any Member earning under the minimum Points will not qualify for a Gift Card.
• In the event of refunds, returned checks, or disputed credit card charges, all Points earned for the original purchase will be deducted.
• Purchases made prior to joining our Loyalty Rewards Program are not eligible for accumulation of Points.
• Purchases made prior to June 1, 2006 are not eligible for Loyalty points.
• Points earned have no cash value.
• Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson Loyalty Rewards Program is only valid at the 8710 Central Ave., Montclair, Ca. store location.
